Hi, I'm Maggy

I'm an award-winning Executive Producer and Art Producer, and for more than 23 years I've been helping creative teams turn big ideas into work that looks gorgeous and actually makes people feel something.

I've produced across just about every medium: photography, live action, illustration, animation, CGI/VFX, AI production, design and post. I've worked in fashion, food, beverage, cars and plenty in between, on everything from large-scale global campaigns to small, obsessively crafted projects. I genuinely love both.

My favorite projects? The ones nobody has quite figured out yet.

What I do

Executive Production + Consulting. I help teams figure out how to approach a project before the path is obvious: staffing, production planning, vendor curation, ballparks and forecasting, and hands-on oversight. If your in-house team is stretched thin or you're building a process from scratch, I'll keep things moving without sacrificing the creative.

Photography + Art Production. This is my happy place. Photographer and artist searches, treatments, bidding, casting, locations, photo and video shoots, retouching, licensing and usage. I've run multi-city and multi-country shoots and delivered 200+ assets for global launches.

Animation + Design. Animation studio and director searches, vendor selection, boardomatics, character development, illustration, design, music, VO and post. I take it from commissioning the artists, through revisions, to final delivery across digital and print.

Creative Production. Creative development, production strategy, budgeting and bidding, vendor negotiation, live action, post and finishing. I also love the planning up front: shaping briefs, aligning stakeholders and building asset plans that set a campaign up to win from day one. And yes, I enjoy the business side too. Contracts, IP rights, clearances and usage are what keep a project safe and seamless.

What I do

I'm the calm in the chaos. When things get complicated, I roll up my sleeves and dive right in, usually a step ahead so the obstacles are cleared before anyone trips over them. I build the right team around an idea, spot where things might get tricky, and find smart ways to protect the creative without losing sight of the budget or timeline.

I have a deep love of art, photography, design and visual culture, with a special passion for modern art history, fashion and photography. That probably explains why the search, curation and visual problem-solving parts of production are my favorites. I'm a tireless champion of both established and emerging talent, and I've discovered and promoted a wide range of photographers, artists and directors along the way.

Relationships matter to me. I love meeting new collaborators, and I'm fiercely loyal to the ones I've known for years. That network is a big part of how I stretch resources without compromising the work. Clients know me as a strong negotiator and careful steward of the budget; teams know me as a mentor who loves to teach, brainstorm and collaborate.
